Signed up for text updates. Already missed my estimated delivery date, no updates after watching this shipment like a hawk. Seeing all these reviews does not ease my worries. I have a feeling I will be yet another victim. I will update IF they deliver within a reasonable time and IF everything is undamaged....apparently that's a BIG IF for this company.

This is beyond human possibilities of explaining how people like this can actually be in business. They took an expensive piece of equipment that was paid for to be delivered to the customer (me) and instead they dropped it off to a third-party shipping company that I suppose was contracted out and never disclosed or agreed upon and now they refuse to deliver because they were paid only to hold it for pickup which is extremely far for me to go and do the pickup. This is not what the shipping company was paid for. They also hold your merchandise hostage for you to shell out extra out-of-pocket to complete the delivery. It is simply criminal and we are set to sue them. No Mercy.

I posted pictures of the job Roadrunner did of delivering my package. It’s clearly been dropped. The pallets broke and the item inside damaged. . No apologies. Nothing.

Called yesterday to schedule a delivery. 38 in front of me. Beat the system called customer service only 4 in front of me. She was going to look into it. Got disconnected. Called back l, transferred. Made appointment forFri. Gave my number. Fri a delivery scheduled for 11-3pm. Took the day off work. Called at 4:50 pm was 37th in line. What 37th ?? Problem starts here.nExpensive day. Have to pay someone to cover for me. Hope my kid like his wheels. So now delivery driver is calling my kids number. Did i say i gave them my number? Yep when i called and verified they had my number. All you get is a empty sorry! Dont blame the driver! Its the company. 37-38 people on hold! Ad some staff!n1 star is it. Dont use Road runner again!! Meep meep they are bad!
