They were very busy but the drive thru line went very quickly. Our cashier was very friendly and the drink was Delicious!
I personally don't like their food!nThe potatoes taste greasy, the eggs taste fake. They are always out of biscuits!nI continued to go to get donuts for my husband. He loves their jelly filled donuts. The other day I went.. because of COVID their is only drive through.. I was in line for almost 30 min. Finally make it to the speaker.. they were OUT of jelly filled donuts at 9am! Then there is NO way to escape the drive thru.. I was stuck waiting for all the cars in front of me to get their food.. about a 45 min. Ordeal and got nothing for my time! Poor management.. not preparing enough food! and poor drive-thru design!!
Great on-the-go service! They had our order prepared when we pulled up to the window. Friendly and fast!
The past three or four trips have been awful, but all on the go orders are wrong and have been for the past month and a half. Their good staff has left because they were treated poorly and over-worked and now they have these ditzy girls that can’t apparently read the screen. Very frustrating to have your order messed up and when you call nothing gets done about it. I use the app for convenience but they can’t read so basically go to future grounds or Starbucks because you’ll just be disappointed with this location.
Been going there since they opened but all this week my drinks tasted like water. Gonna take a break til they get better works.
