HOM Furniture

My experience with HOM/Dock 86 was exceptional. The online shopping experience was easy and enjoyable and the delivery service was perfect. They were polite, professional, accommodating and punctual. Their overall communication was excellent, both before, during and after the delivery. We are also very happy with the quality of the product. Great job!

The sales consultant, Andrew who helped me was so helpful! He actively listened to understand exactly what I was looking for and showed me plenty of options. He took the time to look in the inventory to see if the colors I wanted were available and the anticipated delivery dates for each. I had such a successful shopping trip thanks to Andrew! I got absolutely everything I needed and I cannot wait to see them all in my home!

My husband and I bought a new reclining couch and reclining chair from the Bargain Shop. We were treated like we were just as important as the people that are spending thousands on new furniture. We were helped by De and she was so friendly and helpful. She did a great job at finding us what we wanted and was attentive, but NOT pushy which I love!!! Our furniture was delivered to our apartment. The delivery was smooth, and the delivery guys were very attentive and careful about not damaging our home or our new furniture. I will always go to HOM for my furniture needs.

The staff were very helpful. Greeted us right away at the door. They took their time with us. They have a lot of different options. Very nice place! Carl from a cities location and Virgina from Duluth location were great!! Very friendly and not pushy at all.

Very nice store, set up well, clean and comfortable. Zach O’Brien greeted us when we walked in the store, very pleasant sales person! He listened to what I wanted and took me directly to exactly what I was interested in. Very Knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy at all. I am extremely happy with my experience there. I had went to 3 other furniture stores before going to HOM Furniture and can tell you that none were as good as HOM Furniture. I will for sure shop there for all my furniture needs.
