Normally they are great. Wanted my starter checked but only was told my battery was good, even though I asked 4 timed about the starter. I don't think he was very knowledgeable about the diagnostic part. Then just admit it...

Rain & broken wiper blade... they found the right fit & even took the extra time to put it on for me. Not a hard job, but I appreciate the extra customer service!

I come here a lot. The store manager is awesome and super friendly. The staff know what they are doing and get to know their customers by name.

Was helping a man for 15 min didn’t even acknowledge me at all. Standing waiting. I finally get up there. He refused to look online like he did to help me find a fuse. Lazy. I had to call the other o reily location they helped me over the phone. This place is a mess last time I was there they were screaming at each other about hours
