Horrible. Completed half of my order only and said they couldnt find the other half. It was supposed to be same day pick up and they said sometimes it takes longer if someone isnt there to do it.nnA few days later called again and after multiple calls was told their machine to print photo books was out of order. I asked if they could transfer my order to another location for completion - nope. And no apology.

They did a quick and professional job on the pictures I needed printed. They were courteous and very knowledgeable of the output I disired. The area was clean, tidy and we'll organized. A large parking lot for easy in and out. Not to mention the price was very reasonable.

Haven't had an issue yet. Always done when told to pick up and they turn out great
