Great customer service. Carl was very helpful with getting me set up with a new phone.

Couldn’t do curbside pickup (that I ordered) because it was too cold for the employees.... so I had to bring my 1 and 3 year old inside the store to pick up my order. They also claim their wifi doesn’t reach to the parking lot for the tablets to work.... not a very good selling point for a internet/WiFi provider....

I drive an extra 15min out of my way (passing a Verizon corporate store) to go here. The customer service is amazing and they're all so helpful, patient, and kind.
