Long story short! The manager at this location, his name is Graham, was able to provide us with a fast, simple, and effective solution after one of our phones was accidentally destroyed. He had our business line back up and running within 5 minutes!!nI can’t say enough about how impressed I am with his level of customer service! A+, 10/10

A short line upon walking in. But it disappeared quicker then expected which was a plus of course. Nice & friendly service, had no problem getting a product replaced with the products warranty. They even upgraded with a better quality item without even having to ask. Something that you don't see to often these days. At least that i can recall. I'll keep stopping in at this location, that's for sure ud83dudc4d

The manager, Grahm, is INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I will go out of my way to go to this location! So glad Northtown sent me there to pick up my new phone! Super helpful and accommodating staff! Also shout out to Brittany for her 10/10 service!

Had some major problems switching/porting in from Verizon to T-Mobile and trying to get the free phone “On Us” promo applied using this store - a lot of calls to T-Mobile where the reps could not resolve, one rep “Lorraine” at the national center was evasive would not let me speak to a supervisor twice (called back and got her again!). After posting a negative review on Google, a Territory Manager reached out and responded professionally and promptly (thus I changed this review from a 1 to a 3). The problem was that the main T-Mobile systems likely did not recognize (or it was applied incorrectly by a rep) that I switched from Verizon due to shuffling to a new number. About the store itself - not enough staff, partially handicapped and nowhere to sit, standing 3 hours. A few people with problems from Sprint and T-Mobile merger showing up and not able to get help also. People wanting to buy phones and switch service to T-Mobile also left. Store rep was helpful and no sales pressure, but not sure if it was his mistake or at the national/computer system level that caused the conversion problem from Verizon to T-Mobile.

Quick service, friendly staff very helpful
