Bruegger's Bagels

I really want to love Bruegger's, but the attention to detail and consistency just aren't there.nnFar too often I return home with my order to find that I received a different bagel than I asked for, or a knife that was used to cut a sweet bagel was then used to cut my savory bagel, or there are bits of other flavor smashed into my bagel / cream cheese. If I'm eating a cinnamon sugar bagel, I don't want to randomly hit a burst if onion flavor!nnWhen the stars align, they are my favorite bagels - the right texture, great flavor, etc...but I can never seem to manage to get a that perfect experience twice in a row.

Going here per my daughters request to try a bagel shop. The kids enjoyed the experience and LOVED their Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Staff was friendly and patient with the order. Great experience and fast service!

I have to visit this location almost weekly. The breakfast bagels that I order are always well prepared and delicious! The hashbrowns are also great.

This location in general always seems flustered and the employees are always confused. And maybe it's just the chain in general, but the bagels are always so hard and chewy the cream cheese or meat inside slides around. anything from a gas station is more satisfying.

I can't say I'm ever impressed with this Bruegger's. During Covid, we've ordered from this location via Door Dash 5 times. Only TWICE was my order correct upon receiving the food. I called the store and inquired about my order and how these items were missed or incorrect. Management was terrible, trying to make up excuses about why or how the order was incorrect. I'm still awaiting the promised coupons that were supposed to be mailed to me a month ago. Yet again today, we ordered from this location via Door Dash and we had missing items. Everyone realizes this is a strange time during Covid, but let's be honest, making bagel sandwiches isn't that difficult. When I pay an arm and a leg for the Door Dash delivery service (because we're not conveniently located by a Bruegger's), I expect my items to be correct and especially not missed when you charge over $6 for a tub of cream cheese. Now I have a handful of bagels without cream cheese. Please assess your staff and double check your orders before running them out the door.
