I was very impressed on the service I received and the communication between me and Chris my sales person! He was very concerned off my needs with working on my budget . Very kind & respectful. Your store looks very good. So welcoming. I will surely come back again. Also I want to mention that the items are not over pricey very reasonable indeed. I am a very satisfied customer.

My salesman, Johnathan was attentive without being pushy. He understood what I was looking for and he made suggestions. He went out of his way to bring a recliner over to the set I was looking at to make sure it matched. By the time I made my selection I was happy with my choice. The store is clean and organized which makes maneuvering easy. I had a very positive experience.

Went in to browse today since they are having big bankruptcy sales. The sales reps made up pricing on the fly. Prices are still high for any kind of sale.. Another sales rep told me they are very busy and if I wasn't serious about buying a mattress that he had other customers to tend to. I looked at my wife and told that we are leaving. It's no wonder they filed bankruptcy in less than a year.

We had a great experience in the store but I have to agree with so many of the other comments. The customer service stops at the register. Our couch was supposed to be delivered on October 20 and it did not arrive. Nobody bothered to call us to tell us that it wouldn’t be coming. I called the store to find out what was happening and the store manager told me that they are “just the showroom.” He then gave me another number for customer service, which I called and sat on hold for 45 minutes. I finally left my name and number for someone to call me back and no one ever did. I had to call them back and sit on hold again for another half hour and was told that it would be delivered on November 4. We’ll see what happens. I was really hopeful that this would be a great new furniture store in our area and I’m very disappointed.nnEdit - After using the email address provided in the comments below from the company, I found out that our couch is now not going to be delivered until November 14. Again no one called to let me know, it was only because I posted a negative review that I was able to find out what was going on. This will be the third time I have to adjust my work schedule for a delivery that may or may not come.
