I had a great experience at Bobs in Taylor. Don was excellent in helping us out. He was very helpful and took his time explaining the details of every mattress we inquired about. He made me feel very comfortable about my choice of mattress and most of all I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything! Bob’s Don is a great asset to your company! I will be back and I will definitely refer my family and friends!!! Kudos to you Don!! Thanks again for everything!

The kindness and professionalism of Jason was beyond what I could have expected! Jason’s customer service was a “10”! He was kind, respectful, and educative when in need! I honestly didn’t expect such good customer service when we arrived looking for our new family furniture. If you ever need furniture, I’d definitely refer someone to both this store and this salesman! The prices were fair and the options were many. It was a stress free shopping trip that I’m glad we made!

Today was my first visit to Bobs and I purchased a king mattress, a reclining sofa and chair. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the safety measures, and the friendliness off the staff. Kevin our sales person guided us but did not follow or pressure us which I liked. He and the rest of the team were so open, honest and helpful that even though we went to price other places I knew I’d be back the minute I walked out. I 100% recommend checking them out if you’re looking for furniture.

My experience was great! I was greeted and met by Don who was more so caring than he was a salesman. His conversation felt genuine, and not just a general rapport between salesman and consumer. He was extremely helpful and got us exactly what we needed. Bill, the store manager was also a great guy and was very helpful, I can see why the store was so well kept and professional. We definitely will be back!

I was very very impressed with Bob's FURNITURE Store. Don, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable. I bought a beautiful sofa, the color I wanted IN STOCK. I previously visited Ashley furniture and couple other stores and no one had any in stock! BOB'S had several in stock and delivery was really inexpensive, they have to travel over 40 miles!nnI am sooo happy they had what I wanted in stock. They also carry the same sofa in different lengths to fit your room with a love seat and chair to match.
