Wow we have never been in a Lazy Boy store before and were amazed that they have way more than just recliners! When entering the store and looking at all the displays and the prices on some of the recliners I actually thought we were going to have to leave because they were way over our budget but beautiful at the same time. Anyhow we went to the opposite side of the store where there were many choices of recliners of all colors styles and sizes and many different price ranges we found just what we were looking for in the right color and in the right price range we purchased 2! I was very happy with the warranty they carry on their products I wish they would offer free shipping but the price wasn't too bad on that. The store associate that helped us was very nice and it was an overall great shopping experience. We can't wait for our chairs to arrivenThank you!

Very nice showroom good cross section of merchandise; salesperson Vicki was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then after finding a sectional sofa we liked Vicki stressed the importance of having a designer come to our home and create a presentation of how the pieces would fit in our living room. Janel, the designer, was super helpful, showed how a fourth piece would be a little too much for the room. Great service to have the designer come to the house. So glad we stopped to look at the LazBoy store

The representative I worked with was Alice.nAlice listened intently to my need and was able to guide me the most appropriate chair selection. In choosing a fabric Alice was able to help me make a decision based on the room location, decor and use of the chair. Alice was also helpful in presenting all the information regarding cost, delivery, guarantee and ability to change my mind within 3 days which was useful in my decision making.nOverall Alice created an awesome buying experience.

Purchased A rocker recliner for my husband for his 50th birthday, he did not like the style I picked up for him and the staff at the La-Z-Boy store was very good at making sure we had the right chair to his liking, was able to exchange without any issues! Completely impressed with the delivery guys! they were awesome very polite and pretty funny they left a lasting impression on my La-Z-Boy experience! Way to go guys you are true employees to the La-Z-Boy company keep up the good work and I hope they give you a little raise for being so awesome at your job!!

My experience was amazing! The sales associate my wife and I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable about the furniture. I will highly recommend. The only downside is getting the furniture 4 to 6 months from order date but you can't rush perfect.
