Wanted to share that our salesman John T. assisted us with a carpet tile installation project for our Detroit 58 unit cooperative apartment building.nWe are extremely pleased with the final product and the assistance received from John and the installers.nJohn was a referral from a friend he had completed a significant amount of work for. He provided excellent, patient, friendly, economical and informative customer service. His knowledge and expertise helped us to select the best quality material for long lasting wear. Also, the installers exceeded our expectations and worked well with our resident manager. We absolutely love the finished look and quality of our carpet selection!

If I would have given them 5 stars you would have thought I was a relative ud83dude09. Which I am not. That’s why they only got 4 stars. I reached out to a friend that is in the flooring industry after getting a crazy high estimate from a flooring store many cities away that was recommended to me. It was easy to shop that estimate around because it was so high. My friend said that there was a flooring store in the downriver area that he often times works with, which was Dalton Flooring on Eureka. I had an opportunity to work with one of the sales reps there to match up the selections I made at the other flooring store with the product selection they had at Dalton. They did such a good job matching that my wife was happy, so I was happy ud83dude0a. One of our carpet selections was a special order so it took 3 days to arrive. Once it was here the installers came over and knocked it out in a 3 day period of time. The installers were polite, courteous, they cleaned up after they were done and overly communicated with me every step of the way. We had to reach out to the owner, Sam, a couple of times to get some clarification from him on the install and some extra carpeting that we added on to the order. He was very willing to work out the details with us and keep the installers in the ‘know” so that they could complete their installation and clean up smoothly. I would definitely use them again and will when we need carpeting for our downstairs area. Thanks Sam and the Team at Dalton Flooring. Much appreciated!!

I compared Dalton Floors to a quote from Lumber Liquidators and got a better quality floor for a lower price, better service and immediate installation. My installer was right on time, courteous, hardworking and is finishing up sooner than I expected. I couldn't be happier with the quality and service of this flooring purchase. I walked into the store in a panic! We had just bought a new house an hour away & needed the hardwood floors stripped/stained & new wood added to a 9x11 space in the middle of the existing room. Oh yah...carpet too! We had a local contractor up there give us a quote & never heard from him again. I met Dennis, aka..(Santa) he asked me what I needed & I said a miracle in 1-1 1/2 weeks so we could move in on time before the new owners moved into our old home. He reassured me they could & would do it in time. I picked out carpet & met with Matt (hardwood guru) at our new home to discuss details. Everything was coordinated perfectly. Dennis checked in with me on a regular basis throughout the hardwood flooring part then coordinated the carpet install. It turned out awesome. Workers were friendly, and did an amazing job.
