Wife and I each had a milkshake. Was literally like flavored milk. Completely liquid. It was disgusting. Won’t be back.
I would not have left a star if I had the option. The sales representative Kathy was horrible. Her customer service was poor. Another staff who was not on the clock was horrible as well. Rethink the visit or contact Ferris the owner. DEMAND BETTER SERVICE.
The women here jumped to complete a last minute custom order for me. The customer service and friendliness is top notch! Counter service and cake lady are awesome!!!!!
They always put way too much milk into the milkshakes. I took a sip and couldn't even taste the ice cream.
Slow service, emploees are more interested in talking. 2 each other or personal phone calls than waiting on customers, act like they are doing you a favor
