My daughter was looking for a new queen-sized mattress for her room. Our sales associate Michael was very informative about the price upfront and delivery time, and he was just a nice, upbeat person in general. Overall, 5/5 stars, and will come back when I need furniture in the future.
Mike was beyond helpful today..I recently moved so I went in originally with my mom just to look around and left with a new bedroom set for my daughter and a brand new living room set..I was so indecisive with everything I looked at but Mike so was patient with me and never made me feel like I was being an annoying customer..any question I had he provided an answer he made me feel secure with my purchase and I will highly recommend him for anyone looking to get their place together Mike is your “Go To” guy very professional and very friendly. Krissie was such great help although we were a little picky and had her walk back and forth she was really patient and we loved her service we were very satisfied and made sure we bought something before leaving :) Krissie was the most humble and down to earth person that I have ever talked to, we ran into a few issues with the delivery and our order being cancelled but Krissie was respectful through it all. She understood our frustration and did everything in her power to help out. Value City is the place to go for your furniture needs and ask for Krissie because she is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!
Karen was amazing! I’m having surgery and needed a recliner. She was an expert and convinced me to buy a powered recliner. She was correct, very nice recliners and chair there. She have customer service skills. I will be back in the future. Very clean store as well.
Nicole and Stephanie were awesome!! Amazing customer service and extremely professional. Was able to get what I wanted in a fast professional manner. Super informative and even went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend this location! Ask for Nicole!!
