Great place to buy furniture super clean family business bought furniture here when my kids were small.
The sales person was so nice! I found exactly what I was looking for
They run my credit application as hard inquiry even i told the employee not to. And when I called them the owner just want to say one thing. The employee is not here and they didn’t do anything wrong. And by there hard inquiry they hurt my credit by 5 points.
Where do I start I ordered a bed room back in March waited till September and I still haven’t received it had to go get my money back I mean I understand corona and all that but the customer service is horrible worse than McDonald’s on a busy day they kept giving me random dates for the product to ship and it never came in i mean come on at least give me a curtesy call tell me something i never seen worse customer service even the most basic stuff I call no one knows what I’m talking about it got so bad even the owner had the audacity to tell me there was a miss communication with my wife because she didn’t understand him LOL she’s white dude and obviously I’m Arabic I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone go to Detroit furniture cheaper and more professional
The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. His expertise was invaluable. So much pleased with my purchases here!
