Let’s see: pick a piece of furniture off the app, they text to ask you for a delivery date and when you call to confirm they tell you the piece won’t be there for 4 weeks.nnSo I ask, why would you need a delivery date from me if there’s no piece to deliver?nnThe floor seems better.

Bad experience. I've dealt with two diffrent employees here. One was rude. The other incompetent! So infuriating!
