If you ever need anything that has to do with cell phones or Accesories this is the pace to be. They have the most amazing staff and they are very helpful. Great deals and will definitely save you some money.

The guy Ace is a wizard when it comes to phones. I bought a new phone and transfered it so quickly and showed me all I needed to know on the new one. Great service!

So today I went in to get a new phone for someone I know. The other phone was broke and everything not able to be used. So I went in and told the man I wanted to get a new phone for someone same number, same phone plan, I asked him what can I get for $70 he showed me a another android from the phone that’s broke and said I can get it for $50. Then he mentioned that it hasn’t been 3 months since the broke phone was purchased so we have to stick to the same phone...still was the same price, same phone number and same phone plan, I was on the phone with the person who I was getting the phone for and as the phone is getting ready to set up to activate the phone, the man told me we can just activate it ourselves since we would have no contact with eachother being that the old phone was not able to be used..only able to pick up the phone. So he told me what to do gave me the info. Payed for it which was $50 and left and noticed he didn’t give me the same phone that we had before so we start to try and activate it did everything we were told but couldn’t activate the phone at all. I called back up at the store and told him it couldn’t be activated. Then he responds and says it will be $15 more to do that but he never told me that when i was at the store. He gave me the wrong phone, and made me spend more money on the phone when I was not planning on doing that. He messed up us activating the phone and sounds like he didn’t even know what he was doing. He didn’t do his job right and we had to go to a whole different store just to get the phone activated. We were ok with a different phone we just couldn’t activate it or make or receive call on the new phone to activate it. He pretty much set us up and didn’t do his job the correct way.
