My facial was relaxing and cleansing, Heather truly understands her craft. The salon was clean and inviting safety measures were clearly followed and implemented. Was provided with suggestions on home routines to promote my skin care and easily purchased the requested products during my visit. Wonderful and calming treatment with a highly experienced esthetician.
Such a wonderful experience! Heather gave me the best permanent eyebrows and the time it took felt like no time at all with the great company. I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend!
I called multiple times and sent texts to inquire about permanent beauty marks and the one text I got back she said that she didn’t do beauty marks on skin with pigment. I asked what she meant by that and did she mean women of color and I never received a response. I’m assuming that is what she meant because I asked for an appointment and I was never responded to after that. 2021 and women with brown skin can still get denied services. Very disappointed.

I originally got my eyebrows done 19 years ago with Jackie. I've been back 3 times since for touch ups. All 3 times I was there, she never remembers me, which, ok, she sees a lot of people. However, I called to make an appointment for a touch up, left a voicemail and never received a call back. I've been in customer service industry my whole working life. If you want a great job done, she's your girl but if you want good customer service, you're not going to get it there.
