friendly staff and well stocked location! my husband and I spoke with a lovely woman in plumbing who was very helpful with our questions regarding a part. There were many available employees who were more than willing to help out! I love going to a location where the employees are friendly when you ask questions!
I used to go to the Canton location a few miles away, but I stopped here once because I was in the area and this is now my go-to. The selection is about the same, but the service here is great. The few times I've needed help or had questions the staff has been very helpful. It's also never overly-busy here, which is just a bonus.
I go in find what I want purchase it and done. Parking is great. Sales reps are well informed, pleasant, detail oriented. If somethings not in stock they order it let you know when it is expected set up pick-up or delivery date right then and there or offer you to try another store.
I would just like to let everybody know that there is this awesome guy named Matt(Lowe’s Westland Mi) in the Appliance Dept(washer and dryer area) who was very helpful, kind and polite and has helped me looked for(in less than 10minutes)the washer I needed. He made my day!!! Thank you, Matt!!! Keep up the good work!!!
