Well as a heaven for tools what's not to love my only dislike of Home Depot is the layout of the stores. I swear it's like a child designed it. But to be fair that can be said about a lot of places so it doesn't affect the review. They have done great with stock during the pandemic unless you want there nontraditional items like air purifiers or something but that's not what most people come there for. They've done a top notch job during all this madness so 5 stars from me.
Shopping with Rob D. was very nice. He was pleasant and kind. He took his time to help me find parts for a home depot lamp project. This was refreshing because its been really stressful shopping lately and I really appreciate him and his kindness.
To start with i did get what I as going for. Thank you for that. However for me to get what I needed was a struggle. I walked in expecting to be able to get a dry flat cart to hold my purchases. Nothing was up front with the shopping carts. Nothing. No flat carts in site. I an other customers that were in need of their own flat carts also had to go back outside all the way to the front of the garden center to get a flat cart. Or walk all the way to the other side of the lumber area to get there own flat cart. It would have been a better experience if the individual who was whipping down shopping carts would also make sure there a proper equipment so the shoppers can do their shopping and get in and out.
