We went to US Mattress to see some options for the firm mattress and learn and understand more about mattress. David treated us really good and explain everything in detail. David is one of the best sales person I have ever met. I would highly recommend that if you are confuse on which mattress to buy, stop by at this store and it will be fully worth visit once you talk to David.nWe finally end up buying a mattress from the store and delivery was effortless as well. They call in less than 2 week to set up a delivery. Came on time and set up the mattress for us.
This was my first purchase of a mattress and I was blown away by Lucas customer service. He was by far the nicest sales person and so informative. He made a hard decision really easy. The world needs more people like him representing there company.

I had an outstanding customer service experience when I purchased a mattress in September. David at the Canton store demonstrated incredible patience as I asked many questions over a few visits. After my initial purchase, I requested a change to the order. He didn’t get frustrated and graciously made the change. He needed to check on something and followed up as promised the next day. Two months later, I called to ask him a question and he jumped through hoops to find the answer. Long story short, I highly recommend working with David. He exceeded my expectations. Plus, I love my new mattress.
