This store tells absolute lies. They did not honor one of their offers of “ANY” condition. They kept making excuses of why they couldn’t take it. The next day we went to Best Buy and they honored the deal. Do not go here unless you would like to be hassled for more money than you need to spend and fake terms and conditions.
Darian was great! He had a very rude costumer come in that insisted everything from their old phone needed to transfer to their new phone but they didn’t back anything up through iCloud. Despite being yelled at, he was very calm and able to help me despite the chaos.
The customer service is awesome everytime I go they are very professional.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Went in to this store to get a sim card and they charged me for the TWO sim cards they gave me which turned out not to be the right sim card for the phone I was needing them for. Went to the sprint store on oak valley in Ann Arbor and the sim card I had received was FREE..... so don't know why I got charged at this store??? SCAM ARTISTS. Wouldn't even help activate my new phone told me I had to do it myself. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. If you need help with your sprint phone I recommend the Oak Valley Location in Ann Arbor. They actually know what you need for your phone and do not charge you for things that you don't need to be charged for.
