This needs to be said initially: Excellent customer service provided by Store Associate Brendan. Seriously, this guy kept calm and focused throughout the entire transition and was super helpful in all of the problem solving that was required.nnWe visited this location to switch over a phone (that I purchased from my former employer) from AT&T to T-Mobile.nnIf AT&T has done what they were supposed to do when the request for unlocking the phone was initially requested, this transaction would have been much shorter in duration and much less complex.nnHowever, because someone at AT&T dropped the ball and didn’t fully complete the unlocking task, my partner and I were in the store addressing the issue for over 90 minutes.nnBrendan assisted us for the entire transaction and was helpful, courteous and actively problem solving throughout.nnI highly recommend Brendan for fulfilling your T-Mobile service needs.

We switched my wife and son from Metro PCS to T-Mobile. We bought two new.phones. We had issues with the UI navigation. We took the phone to the store and they showed me how the gesture navigation works. We went back two days later. The phone was not connecting to a fossil watch or the Ford SYNC. Michael was extremely helpful and patient. He purged the old phone from both systems and got us connected. Everyone we interacted with over the last few days was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. You have a good team in place.

There are other T-mobile stores close to me but I like this one. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. It's simply the best store I've ever done business with. This has been and will be MY T-Mobile store.

Went into the store today to pre-order a upcoming phone.nThe sales representative There took great care of me. She was having computer issues and it was taking too long to finished and I had to leave for work.nShe called me on the phone to finish up the transaction after I left.nIn my opinion she went above and beyond.

They greeted us when we walked through the door. Brendan came and helped right away and was very polite. He was friendly and silly which changed my perspective about customer service. I recommend them he was trying to sell everything in the store but he was cool
