Just had to stand outside in 20 degree weather, while 6 people were in the store when the sign says 5 to wait for a customer to leave to come in with my son and have them tell me one person. Never again, I get the square footage in the store is how they get the capacity but at least follow your own rules not choose when you want to. I have severe asthma, so think about making someone sit outside next time.
We were able to find what we needed. The guy who was working was really nice and helpful.
Service was poor at best. Rudely was told that the 5 alotted people were in so we needed to go outside and wait (no big deal, but the guys was rude and on the phone), then we it was our turn, nobody welcomed us or asked if we needed help....walked out with them still not saying a word to us..the cashier was extremely slow for the 5 customer limit

The cashier (the arabic or Indian guy hamayel I believe) was EXTREMELY rude to us about the mask policy. We were wearing face shields which under the state of Michigan is acceptable as a face covering but he told us people were allegedly complaining so we couldn't shop (we were the only ones inside, it was him complaining). This dude was rude and lost our business. I will be calling corporate and getting him fired. I've worked for both canton michigan ave and ellsworth road ypsilanti and I know how to do so. I will be getting him fired. Your days are numbered hamayel. Don't shop here!!! People are EXTREMELY rude. Go to the one on michigan avenue instead.
