I am truly frustrated with this particular location. I purchased Dell Core i3 Laptop from this location on March 28, 2020. Due to the pandemic and being forced to work at home, I was in desperate need of a new laptop. I also purchased a one year home warranty. When we got home with laptop to set it up, we noticed the headphone jack on this BRAND NEW LAPTOP did not work. My husband called up to the store and was told to bring the laptop in. I brought the laptop in and was told due to Covid, they could not take any computers in at the time to repair them. This was AFTER we were told to bring it into the store. Since then, I have went to the store on 3 different occasions to get my computer fixed or replaced because I PURCHASED a one year warranty. Fast forward to March 25, 2021, the laptop completely died and will not turn back on. I am on my laptop 24/7 due to my business. I went into the store yesterday and kept getting the run around AGAIN, about getting my computer fixed. I was then told they have a program of a one time fee to fix my computer. I'm puzzled because I PURCHASED a one year warranty and was confused as to why I would need to PAY AGAIN to have my computer fixed. Long story short, the man was unable to help and could not find our receipt in their system. I left and my husband called corporate and they were able to pull up our receipt. My husband spent over 2 hours at this store to get help at 7:00 p.m. until close for no one in the store to be able to help them. Apparently something in OfficeMax database is saying our receipt never existed, yet we have the receipt in our email records and corporate pulled it up. I can't even file a claim because your system states I didn't purchase a laptop. My one year warranty expires in 2 days and I can't get help. The manager was called last night by the employee and the manager stated he was in bed and couldn't help. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM THIS STORE. The people you hired are incompetent and now this is impacting my business. I had to post on here to get your attention and possibly get help with this matter. I will be going to Best Buy from now on. I spent $438.00 on a laptop that only lasted a year and I can't get any help.

Needed help with some printing issues. I asked a young lady working there for help and she turned out to be the most efficient and patient person I have ever encountered in customer service. Her name is Chanel she is a 10/10 at her job and she just got her store a 5 ud83cudf1f rating from me!!!

Yeah I was on the phone with a guy I was asking about computer repairs he was very helpful and made me laugh 10/10 would recommend

Great service, the manger and the lady on the printing were such great help yesterday just before noon and other day as well, the manger helped me in person and other people and follow up asking if need any help.nGreat storenGreat mangernGreat staff

Wasted my time. I placed an online order for pick up in store for my business. This location was the only one that had it in stock so I drove an hour to come get it. I finally arrive to find that they didn’t have it. They didn’t call to tell me, apologize, or try to find one in another store. ud83dudc4eud83cudffc
