Probably the absolute best florist in the area. Friendly staff and fairly good selection. Tommy and her girls are great.

Terrible customer service. Placed online order for Mother’s day and the arrangement I paid for is not the arrangement that was delivered. I ordered 8 days in advance. The owner said they’d remake the arrangement and deliver it and it was never de-delivered or remade. I called back and they said they couldn’t remake it after all. I told them the website included roses and they said they couldn’t do that. She told me that wasn’t their website. It’s a bit confusing because if it wasn’t their website, then they wouldn’t have received my online order correct? Ordered a second arrangement and it has yet to be delivered and it’s almost 630 pm. I specifically requested this to be delivered at 4 pm. Called the florist at 5 pm and they said they’d call Me back but never did. Terrible customer service. Will not order again. They not only lost me as a customer but my friends and family as well. If they’re going to be using a website, they need to honor those prices and make the arrangements like what is pictured. Completely false advertisement.

Ordered a dozen roses and was delivered as 5. They said they couldn't match the prices from the website because it was prices for bigger cities. No courtesy call to inform me of this or anything. Somehow $15 more would've gotten me 7 more roses to equal the dozen.

I have order two arrangements from Nelles in the past month. They were both just as I had chosen....beautiful! my experience was very pleasant and informative. I definitely will use them again
