Today was our first time trying Carvel’s, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about his product. He even gave us a whole history lesson about the brand and how the custard is made. The soft serve custard was definitely the creamiest we had ever tasted. We will definitely be back for another delicious treat next time we are in the area.
First experience at Carvel. The manager was very friendly and super helpful. The ice cream was the best we've ever had! Definitely a WOW experience.
I'm not quite sure why an ice cream shop has such bad reviews but I had an excellent experience. I called in my order and the guy was very helpful and made suggestions for my custom cake. We came in tonight with a group of 6 of us and one 3 people could get what they actually came in for. The product was completely gone. Crazy when an ice cream shop runs out of almost all or their ice cream.
This was the greatest experience I’ve ever had at an ice cream shop the owner was very helpful and very knowledgeable about his product and services and the ice cream was out of this world delicious all y’all that left this business a signal star ought to be ashamed
