Joe, his lovely wife and the entire staff have been great to me and my friends from their beginning. The bagels and the coffee are always great and the sandwiches are fantastic. Surprised to see so many haters on here. Keep up the good work guys!
Was not sure of this place back when I started going here. Sometimes we do not realize why people are not as polite as we think they should be. All of us can have problems not shared to others. I find this is what was the cause here at one time BUT today it is my VERY FAVORITE place for bagels. I am treated well and get good service and my favorite bagels will always be here when i place my orders... Thank You making them the best....

How do I remove this post? I wanted to post about Plymouth Location on Ann Arbor Road.
Quick and efficient. Even gave me a few extra bagels. Downside was they got the order wrong, so it ended up being a wash. Staff was friendly, and everyone was masked up.
