Governor Gretchen has one wish. That is to force everyone, no matter their station in life, to be afraid of a virus that is here to stay.nnThe businesses in Chelsea cater to the easily manipulated and it shows.nnThis store confronted me about not wearing a mask which I can respect.nnIt was the complete disregard of my presence afterwards that was saddening.nnThe smiling faces disappeared. In their place was a weird sort of hesitation. A hesitation unheralded for there was plexiglass and their own masks, not to mention the time of exposure necessary is 15 minutes.nnThe coffee was excellent! Watching it being made is always intriguing!nnBut to have it handed to you sideways by a barista, not looking at you, without the typical smile or thank you took all of the fun away.nnMcdonald's may not have better coffee but at least there they make you feel welcomed.
when the coffee is hot is is great but too often coffee is not hot, sometimes barely warm.
Love biggby the people are so friendly they almost always know what I’m ordering before I approach which means my coffee is ready after I pay.
I ordered a sweet potato latte, decaf with oat milk and no whip..it was delicious! And dairy free, which their pumpkin spice is sadly not.
Great service and coffee! The best spot in Chelsea for caffeine. The turkey havarti everything bragel is great too!
