Bought a washer. Told us it would be delivered between 4-6. We had to call THEM after 6pm when they never showed. OH THEY ARE RUNNING LATE. Thanks for the call to let us know!! We just sat here for 2 hours waiting. Customer service ud83dudc4eud83cudffc

Customer service doesn't contact you back if you have a legitimate complaint. Although they say in 24 to 48 hours. I gave it 2 stars still because I'm not a complete c***.
