Literally the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had. If I could leave zero stars I would. I paid in full $1450 a week ago for a fully built PC and while I’m typing this I have no money, no PC and STILL NO RESPONSE. I’ve been as patient as I can be, I showed up to the store that Google said was open and it was not (waited 4 hours and no one showed up). It makes literally no sense at all to me how this establishment exist. I’m dealing with the OWNER!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GEVITY COMPUTERS or whatever this guy is claiming to be. The only thing this guy will give you is excuses.
False promises, no communication for days on end, and no refunds after a week. Great store policy. I wouldn't even buy a pack of gum from this place.
