Really happy with Aarons, Brad & Victor are two of the best employees ever and will not deal with anyone else because of no calls back when told they will call back or not giving messages to management.

Was asked to do some sort of registration before we could even browse the mattresses. I didn't even know if I would be buying from them , but they wanted my social security number and bank info. Walked right back out

Poor service u ended up going to rent a center for my washing machine because they couldn't deliver for a week but wanted money that day.

I have been with Aaron's since 2011. I have had two contracts with this store. They unlawful charged my card at the end of my last loan for 104.00 took 4 months to return in the form of a check. Caused 2 37.50 overdraft fees. Had they refunded the card my bank would have fixed it. Never missed a payment with these people. At any store. Got a couch. $67.77 payment last account was $104. I have a 697 fico 8 and own cnt data recovery. A finace advisory firm. I dont need these loans but they helped me when I had nothing. So im loyal. Now they forced me into auto pay without telling me and for 4 months they have charged my bill dedicated checking account and caused a charge of 37.50 each time and refuse to cancel auto pay. Managers won't call me back. I did not get my agreement and my online account shows it but says it cannot locate my agreement. I cant even get them to pick up the couch that was supposed to be blue and is black. This store is the worst in my opinion. When they took over the baybcity location they went downhill. Furthermore. 3 years later. Still no mirror for the dresser I paid off. So now im throwing the couch outside and buying a new one on my CC. Why you can't call people back and force them into auto payment when they only pay bills one day a month as a budget strategy and especially one who pays off early and never late. Your priorities are messed up. Dont use thisbstore unless you want to be treated like you need them rather than you stuck by them cause they used to be good
