Great customer service! I was looking for a product that happened to be out of stock and was set up pretty quick to get it delivered and at the online discounted price.nI filled out the customer satisfaction survey and wasn't given the option to list my associate so I decided to leave this review and say Kevin C. was great to do business with :) He offered a warranty, set me up a account and saved me some money - couldn't be more satisfied.
Ghetto. Wouldn’t recommend! Unprofessional phone etiquette and horrible customer service. I’m driving all the way to Bay City Staples or I just might go to FedEx instead!!!
