My husband went there because he had a few issues. They would not help at all. They wouldn’t even help get the dust out of the plug outlet. He’d have to go to GR. Also, for some odd reason, the store keeps the door locked.nThis is definitely not like Sprint was!!nWe will be looking into other phones.
This used to be Sprint location , then became T-Mobile , same location of course. Nice facility.
They really try their best to help you out. Customer service is excellent although sometimes it is very busy and takes awhile. I just kill some time playing with all the new phones.
This is such an awful company to do business with. Ridiculous. I spent four days, 20 hours on the phone with customer service and they still couldn’t get my order right. Then they asked me to go to their store and o went through 3 different stores (another 2 hours) and they still felt I needed to spend more time with them at their store dealing with customer service. No respect for their customers time.
It was good the young man that waited on me was polite and helpful.
