Absolutely horrid service , Treatment of customers , unable to tell time or post hours of services change ,,,best advice if limited on time and patience , stay away ,, absolutely rude and ignorant staff
Friendly staff.
I asked a gentleman worker about some meat and he was very kind and helped with answering my question. We talked about a recipe and gave each other a couple of food tips. Nice guy and he went above and beyond to help me!
Customer service was terrible. Went to return a couple bottles and had to wait outside which wasn’t a problem. The problem came when it was time to let us now when can come in to return the bottles the lady at the front desk instead of informing us we could go in decided she just wanted to text on her phone while we waited outside. Then when the machine was full for glass instead of going back and checking the machine she called the girl grabbing carts and had me standing in there waiting even longer to get help. Went in just to return bottles and get lunch food which should have taken 20 to 25 mins instead took an hour. Never again will I waste my time with this store.
Family Fare on Butternut is a great place to shop. Clean, friendly workers and a decent variety of food choices. Currently, shelves can be a little bare but that is temporary.
