Marissa was so helpful. She upgraded one phone and added two more lines without an issue. She saved me money and was very helpful in explaining all the questions I had. She also set up all three devices and made sure I was happy with my visit and products before leaving. Best customer service I have received in a long time!!
Marissa was absoluty amazing. She was quick, while attentive. Great sense of humor and knows her stuff. A friend recommended her to me and I highly recommend her for anyone else going into this store. She wore a mask, wiped everything down and handled everything with care.nIf you don't wanna spend hours in a store, go to her.nStore was clean and tidy.
Alex was really great. He took the time with me to figure out which phone would suit my needs best and explained any questions I had really well. He was beyond patient with me which is number one. I an from the retail world for 35 years working in a bank and I know great customer service when I see it. Thank you again Alex.
Wish I could give zero stars. Rude and the products do not work as they were shut down due to being obsolete without any notice to us. We went a week without a home phone because no one told us that the box was obsolete. Went to the store and we were charged for a new product, when we didn't even know the other product was shut down. We get the new box and it STILL doesn't work. Call the store and they tell us it's our problem when the people on the other end of the line are saying they cannot hear us due to ringing and beeping noises. Can't even get help when we needed it to fix the phones. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.
Alex was super professional and patient. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different options and phone capabilities. He stayed well after closing because he wanted to make sure everything transferred over. This isn’t the closest location to me, but I will gladly make the drive in the future because his level of professional is hard to find these days. I appreciate him following all COVID precautions, and the store felt very clean and safe. Great experience!
