I’ve had better massages. Customer service was good at the front desk. Post spa experience, was not offered water. Masseuse was on to the next client, didn’t close out the communication.
Every visit, over the last 7 years, have been wonderful Matt is an awesome massage therapist and very knowledgeable. He explains what may be causing issues, trapping muscles, and gives tips on at home care in between appointments. This latest visit was due to an ongoing problem, and without complaint, Matt worked almost my entire session on the area that is causing me so much trouble. If he ever decides to leave, I’d be crushed. Lol
Highly recommend Krystof, especially for someone who prefers a deeper pressure. Always very professional & does a great job. Seems very knowledgeable.
I did not receive a full 60 minute massage, and Amanda is rude and unprofessional. Almost unfazed, and wanted me to be happy with what I got!nnAll I wanted to do wastreat myself after taking care of my mom while on hospice and her passing. As well as treat myself to a nice birthday relaxation. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the front desk treatment, she didn't care. Not getting a 60 minute massage. I did like the cleanliness of the place, but she didn't sanitize the iPad between my sister and I. I really wanted to like this place and thought about a membership, after today's experience I am broken.
