US Mattress - Commerce

It was my first time buying a mattress and I was nervous as hell. Thankfully Nancy (the most awesome sales lady ever) talked me and my husband through it. Got a great deal and I am super excited for the delivery. Apparently they take away the old mattress tooud83dude00. Well, let me share with you a tale. Three months ago, I purchased a mattress from Loves, purchased in full, great mattress, and was told it was all set for delivery whenever I needed it. Great! WRONG! Last week, I got a call from Loves corporate store informing me that my mattress delivery would be pushed back 10 days. I told them that wouldn’t do because I needed a mattress and that I wasn’t going to sleep on the floor for 10 days. Corporate informed me there was nothing they could do! Well, I’ve been around the block a few times and realized something was fishy so I just said cancel my entire order and refund me my money. Sadly, I realized I had to scramble because I needed a mattress within 2 weeks! Before stumbling upon the US Mattress in west Bloomfield, I tried 2 other stores and they had nothing in stock. So I wasn’t hopeful when I walked in and started chatting with Anthony D. However, that quickly changed! Anthony was so sweet and informative, allowing me to quickly pick out the mattress I wanted while not trying to talk my ear off and waste my time. He was straight to the point and promised I would get my mattress on time! Not even 24 hours after my purchase, Christina from shipping called me and scheduled my delivery! 10/10 would recommend US MATTRESS! Oh, and the day after my purchase, Loves filed for bankruptcy. So this was perfect timing, Lol! Thanks Anthony!

Before I decided to go to US Mattress I did some research on mattress’s and places to go. I know it’s a huge investment. As I was doing my research I kept coming to US Mattress website. Yes it’s overwhelming. Price, comfort, size, and the “etc” that you need for your mattress.nI went in kinda sorta thinking what wanted. I went to their Plymouth location. Was greeted as I walked in (very important to me as I worked retail for many years and that means a lot to acknowledge). The sales person was friendly, worked hard with what I looking for in a mattress and in the price range worked for me, which was cheaper then what was looking at.nIt was nice that they spent time and was not pushy with add on’s over expensive mattresses.nNice feature was that the product was made in the USA and made right here in the Metro Detroit area.nI was also told that they deliver the mattress and remove the existing with no extra charge. I was also told it would take 2-3 weeks before delivery.

We enjoyed working with Anthony for our new mattress. He was very knowledgeable and directed us to the right product for the right price. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Very welcoming atmosphere as you enter and throughout my visit. Nanci was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with in aiding me to select our mattress choice. Highly recommend .
