I contracted with Michigan Carpet and Flooring because they were one of the companies around me that accepted the old Art Van credit card for financing, but after seeing the quality workmanship they provide, I plan to use them for all future flooring needs, whether or not I'll be using the Art Van card again. Absolutely exceptional quality carpet and padding, and the install team was prompt, professional and had astounding attention to detail. My basement is very old, and the old floor was in bad shape and was difficult to remove, and the new install required a lot of creative measuring in a space with absolutely zero ninety degree angles (thanks, 1940's building standards!), but the installers handled every challenge expertly, and I could not possibly be any happier with the end result. Highly recommended!

More than the beautiful floors at a great price, the service was more than my wife and I could have ever ask for. Brent and his install team were far and away the best contractors I had in my home. We had set backs with other teams, so we had to push back parts of the floor install. Brent and his team were always polite, professional, and accommodating. Other contractors scratched our floor in some spots, Michigan Carpet and Flooring/Brent/Gary worked with us to fix it right away. Really grateful for these guys because the carelessness of other contractors were overcome by this team and their great work.

I love these guys because they seem to have a whatever it takes attitude. The owner, Gary is personally involved with every project which give me great peace of mind. And their store, HUGE! I've been to just about every flooring place in town and I have never seen such a huge selection under one roof. All the good stuff too!! Definitely the place to go when you want it done right.

I used Michigan Carpet and Flooring to replace flooring in my home. I had bamboo floors installed in 3 rooms and love the way they look and feel under foot. Had carpet installed in one room and stairs and that looks and feels great too. The installers used for these projects were so professional and did a fabulous job. I was so happy with my home that I used them to redo the flooring in my commercial building too. Gary guided me to a wonderful product for the application. Again, the installation was quick and professional (by the same installers as my home), and the floors look outstanding. Gary was great to work with and was 100% focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Michigan Carpet and Flooring!
