I visited the Commerce Twp showroom and met with Maria Perry. What a fantastic experience it was! The showroom is nothing short of stunning, and the high quality of products available is very apparent. Maria was great to walk through with: kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend asking for her directly if you make a visit.
Linda was our designer, she did a great job! I’m not easy to please but she took the time to get the design just how we wanted it. She made it very easy and convenient for us by doing virtual meetings online to get all the details perfect, this was after she came to our home and did our room measurements.nJim was our installer, he was very professional and respectful of our home. He also did a great job!nOnly suggestion that I have, would be for them to get more color options for shelving and accessories in all there lines.
The team at California closets was great to work with. Ray came out and measured for all our closets and had a proposal to us by the end of the day. He was very flexible in changing the specs based on what we needed to maximize our space. Ashley came out the day of install and did an awesome job getting all our new closets put together quickly and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to re-do your closets and maximize your space
Overall very good customer service from design all away to installation. Good quality and Italian style designs. Modern look.nnVeronica was out designer. She did a great job doing all the walk thru and steps during the design process. I am looking for advise during the design process which is key.
Veronica has been wonderful, always returning calls fast,making extra trips to my home. The quality of the product is excellent. They had everything I needed and designed it just how I wanted it. Veronica is working on a minor issue after the installation and has been responsive and prompt to correct and deliver. I will be using California Closets again in the future for another project I have been considering
