pretty awful place. Saw some wonderful cabinets, had them come over to measure, got the price, asked to verify the cabinet design was the same as the gorgeous ones in the showroom. Salesman said they haven't made those inset cabinets in years. Why have these in the showroom if you're not making them?

I’d give them zero stars, but they’re getting one solely bc of their product. Seems to be quality stuff. However, we have never had such a negative customer service experience than we have with Lafata. NO ONE there ever calls you back when they say they will, does what they say, etc. It’s horrendous. Even after spending $20k in cabinets, they’re lack of follow through is incredible. We’ve only had minor issues after installation, and even STILL it’s like pulling teeth just to get an answer/call back from anyone. We will never be a repeat customer, nor would we ever recommend their product simply based on the horrible customer “service”

Salesman was nice. Had nice gentleman come out for measurement and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM! I'm guessing they don't need or want more business?

The guy in this shop was very very arrogant. Not going back or dealing with them ever again.
