We recently visited Ecotopia for the first time and were wowed by our wonderful experience with Moses. We bought a vintage turntable at Ecotopia. Moses really takes his time to give you all of your options. He also is a great teacher when it comes to learning about audio equipment. His honesty was refreshing and one can tell this shop has high standards, great ethics, and customer care. It's also refreshing to experience customer service that is so relationship building, as well as kind and patient. Moses is a great human and very passionate, so you end up feeling like you are family and enjoying the whole process. We highly recommend you check out Ecotopia. It has many hidden gems.

The ability to listen to vintage equipment and purchase with the peace of mind that the equipment has been serviced and backed by the owner is abnormal to the industry. Ecotopia is the only place I would recommend to purchase vintage audio, whether entry level to high end. If you are looking to make a purchase of vintage gear, plan on investing some time at Ecotopia in order to find the sound for you.

Walking in 20 minutes before closing, I assumed I'd have a chance to glance around and come back another day to make a purchase. Instead, Moses assured me that he was going to take care of me and find me something that sounded great, and an hour later I walked out with an absolutely great sounding (and looking) receiver after demo-ing a couple units.nnYou may be paying more than you would off some random stranger on the internet, but in return you're getting a professionally serviced unit that is in absolutely pristine condition in terms of internals. I would definitely recommend this store if you're looking for something that's going to work the way it should without any fuss.nnI plan on going back some day just to poke around and see what else Moses has, because it is an extremely impressive collection that he's put together. No matter your price range, Moses is bound to have something that will sound great to you!

Wish I could rate this higher! Moses is so awesome! No matter your price range he has something for you. Moses makes sure you get to test and experience everything before you buy it. So you know what your getting. I highly recommend all my friends here and anyone else who is looking for a quality system to play

Two other repair shops no longer work on B&O products, but one of them referred me to Ecotopia. I had my 4002 back in two weeks and couldn't be happier - with either the service or Moses's time and patience answering a number of questions. Never felt rushed. Considering I later heard from a friend that one shop he contacted has a 120+ day turnaround, this was truly a treasured find.
