For the last year I’ve been coming to this location even though I live far away. I recommend working with Jacob, he always goes above and beyond for me and everyone that comes into the store. Great customer service! The gentleman that works there I didn’t get his name he wears glasses he was awesome! I totally recommend this location.
Great customer service with knowledgeable people. They will review your bill and explain things to you other stores don’t. Biggest take away was getting a real understanding of what happens when your lease on your phone ends. Three other stores and customer care didn’t even mention to me what happens when my lease ends but these guys here did. I paid off my phone and walked out with lower bill. Store made no money from me but treated me as if I just bought five phones. Keep up the good work!
I have been to many Sprint stores to get upgrades, accessories or for just assistance alone. Not many of them are like this one. I was recommended to this store by a friend of mine who explained that the guys here will help me with anything I need. He was right! Sky helped me out with figuring which phone was going to be best fit for me deciding between Apple and Samsung. He also helped me save money which I can't complain about. But, the best thing about coming to this store was that Sky and his co-worker were more than courteous, kind, had a positive attitude, I look forward to working with these guys more in the future!
