I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I was helped by someone named Helen or Helaine. I was instructed by Sprint Customer service to drop off an old phone at this location. I was also told that I did not have to pay a fee when dropping off the phone. The associate explained that I had to pay a fee and that she could not call Sprint on my behalf to help me resolve the miscommunication. Later that evening I spoke to the Sprint representative and she stated that the associate was dishonest in her response to me. Sprint apologized for the poor service.

Great friendly and competent staff members. Excellent customer service. Not pushy like many others that just try to sell you the most expensive stuff even if you can hardly afford it. Definitely a satisfied customer and the prices are great! If you want to save.

We came here about 2-3 weeks ago to purchase 5 iPhones and that purchasing experience was good. The people we worked with than was Chanice and Toby. But we came back after that probably 3 days later to purchase another when we hit a road bump, the employee called out the manager (Derek) who was rude and didnt want to help us out at all. He was probably one of the rudest people I have had to talk to. After this experience we were thinking about canceling our phone orders and going to a different company because how rude Derek was. We ultimately decided to go to the T-Mobile store down the street were they were extremely helpful and got the job done. I would not recommend anyone come to this T-Mobile store unless they want to deal with a rude manager.

So this is my new google account and I wanted to give a new update prior to my last review, sadly I dont remember my password for my old account (the one I used for my first review) so I can't remove it, but this store in particular has turned around and has amazing customer service! (In my first review I was really upset with this store, but I gave it some time and really thought about it and this store is now exceeding my expectations! This T-Mobile store is by far the best in Michigan ever! I received excellent service, and I was blown away at how good the customer service was! So in hindsight my last review is no longer in effect and this new review is taking the place of the older one! Keep up the good work guys!

This store is a complete joke all the way around! The store manager won't let me upgrade or purchase anything from this store ever, because he said I return to much product, which I have only returned 2 cases months ago because I switched prepaid carriers and didn't need them. Now I am on t mobile post paid (which I love and is the best service ever) the store manager won't let me do anything like purchase or upgrade my phone because he refuses to which is not exceptional , I've worked 4 years of fast food and retail, of I refused any sale on any custoner/guest I would have been fired. So my point is that the manager won't let do anything alongside this store and hopefully some higher ups see this and investigate this issue.
