Long time client of theirs and have always been very happy when they come to my office. There has never been a technological problem they were not able to solve. They also don't dilly dally... they get right to work and their billing practices are very fair. I've recommended them a couple handful of times over the years and plan to continue to do so.

Just an all around great place when it comes to computer repair and technology consulting. Clients always seem happy and satisfied. I've found it to be a really nice place to work because I can help people and the clients are extremely friendly.

I guess I must be unlucky or maybe it’s because I am a woman. These people did a horrible job on my small home office and were very expensive and did not complete the job properly. They will tell you they did but I have a software engineering background but I cannot do networking or setting up a NAS. They did not finish the job and the guy was on unemployment from another job so he did not come back and finish it. They left all my firewalls off and I got infected with a Trojan. When I asked them to come back and just finish the job which would’ve taken them no more than an hour and they could’ve even done it through the Internet, they refused and said they were going to sue me. This is extremely unprofessional of them and I would never refer anybody to them ever..
