My wife dropped phone cracking the screen and apparently the frame holding the screen. I called Sprint to ask about insurance and found we didn't have any. They recommended this Sprint now T-Mobile location for a repair and suggested a price they would charge which was reasonable. I took the phone to them and they told me it was not repairable. Two miles away, on the same street is a phone repair place where I took it. In 20 minutes, it was completely repaired at approximately the same price Sprint on the phone suggested.
Replaced my screen in one hour! They had the part on hand and got right to work. No problems and very inexpensive. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable!
The employees here are awesome. We went here about 2-3 weeks ago hoping to get a new phone. We had just left another T-Mobile where they were very rude and the employees here were 10x better and helped us jump through many hoops so we could get this phone. They helped us for multiple hours and were extremely nice and friendly.
I had a problem about a month ago however, Dave the manager took very good care of me until a solution was found. Stayed in contact with me for weeks through out the process of solving the issue. Great service from Dave much appreciated.
Greeted within seconds after entering!! Super helpful and got everything I needed!! Very happy with the service, and I greatly appreciate it!!
