Staff members very kind in helping when I came in with a phone (purchased three months ago) in which the software had crashed! It was a busy day, but both employees handled each constumer I saw ahead of me with the best attitude. Everyone left happy! I was able to have a replacement sent out the next day and be up and running once again. Thank you!

FIVE STARS HANDS DOWN. I was DREADING switching to a new phone. It would take too long, glitches in the switch, worried all my data wouldn't switch over, worried it wouldn't work right when I got home, etc. I don't normally write reviews but I had to for this. Went in 30 mins before closing to catch the Black Friday deals (I know...I felt bad) but was warmly greeted by Chris and it only went up from there. Not only was he knowledgeable but efficient, helpful and the epitome of customer service. He took the time to answer all my questions and never did I feel rushed. I was literally shocked to walk out in less than an hour with a fully functioning - with ALL my data and settings intact - iPhone 11. Nothing short of magic. I had gone to this store prior for accessories with similar great service. Definitely my go-to store - worth the drive if you want exceptional service.
