We found everything we were looking for in our sizes, and had a good shopping day.
I wanted to go back to the location I used to go to more when I lived closer. I had a gift card from my boyfriend from Christmas. I found some real pretty tops and pants. I was able to coordinate using Kohl's Cash and a coupon and am happy with my purchases and savings.
Kohls West Bloomfield is great. Curbside pickup is fast and the store has an Amazon station too.
Horrible customer service, gave me gift cards with money on them, tried to use them and they had $0. Went back to the store two months later, they said it’s too late to look them up because it’s past 30 days. Gift cards don’t expire, seems like employees here are dishonest. Jill, Lindsay and Rachel were no help.
