Very helpful and friendly staff. Low pressure approach to sales; they educate shoppers and allow them to make an appropriate choice. Mattresses are made to order, so you know they haven't been sitting around a warehouse.
Bowles has always been a top of the line company, My parents bought mattresses from them.
