This Panera consistently runs out of bread bowls and (apparently) the ingredients to make salads. By consistently I mean daily. Because of this you can’t even order online as it says everything is out of stock. Maybe it’s just me, but if you’re running out of the same stuff daily wouldn’t you buy more ingredients / make more at the beginning of the day?nnSeems like the problem is poor management or poor ownership. A year ago I never experienced this issue, hopefully things turn around soon.
Staff is very kind and friendly and that keeps me coming back, however the service in getting your order correct isn't always consistent.
Dont come here if u expect customer service or if u have any time restraints. They dont care about getting food out with any consistency so b prepared to wait and hopefully they wont b rude to u.
Ordered lunch here for pickup, they forgot our chips, and the steak panini was poorly put together with barely anything on it. We even left a tip. Expect better for how much we paid
And a half a tuna fish sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup very light.. very good
